Dr. Shanie isn't just a therapist — she's a clinician, an educator, and someone who brings 18 years of clinical experience to every session. She holds a Doctorate in Occupational Therapy and has additional training as a Vodder-certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage specialist, a Licensed Massage Therapist, and a Certified Yoga Teacher who integrates movement and breath into recovery. Her training in pelvic function further deepens that work — informing how she reads posture, breathing, and tissue tension across the whole body. It's a combination that allows her to see and treat you as a whole person, not just a collection of symptoms.
Her goal is simple — to give every person who walks through the door the quality of care they deserve.
This is a small, intentional practice built around one belief: that unhurried, individualized care produces better outcomes — for every person, every time.
Every client receives Dr. Shanie's complete clinical attention — not a preset routine, not a rushed appointment. Care that is actually worth your time and delivers results that last.
To provide lymphatic and rehabilitative care that is rarely found in a single practice — by staying small, staying specialized, and never compromising on clinical standards.
A practice where every person who walks through the door leaves better than they came — because they were truly seen, heard, and cared for as an individual.
Every visit is intentional from the moment you book to the moment you leave.
We review your history, what you're experiencing in your body, and what you most want to change — before we do anything else.
You'll leave with clear guidance on what to book, how often, and what realistic progress looks like — no guesswork, no upselling.
Treatment is tailored to what your body needs that day — whether that's swelling reduction, pain relief, post-op recovery, or functional support.
You'll leave with simple home strategies and education so the work we do together keeps going between visits.
Dr. Shanie has pursued certifications that make her better at serving you — not for the letters after her name, but for the depth they add to your care.
